Saved Views
If you keep setting the same filters, such as “offline Windows devices” or “critical alerts mentioning disk”, save them as a view and return to them in one click.
Saved views are available on six pages: Agents, Alerts, Incidents, Asset Inventory, Log Search and the Audit Log.
Saving a view
Section titled “Saving a view”- Set the filters you want on the page.
- Open the Views menu at the top of the list and choose Save current filters as a view.
- Give it a name and click Save view.
The menu shows a summary of the filters under the name field so you can check what will be saved. The save option is greyed out until at least one filter is set. Saving under a name you already used replaces that view, which is how you update one.
Using a view
Section titled “Using a view”Open the Views menu and click a view. The page’s filters change to match it. When the filters on screen match a saved view exactly, the menu button shows that view’s name.
Private and shared views
Section titled “Private and shared views”A view is private by default: only you can see it. A Superadmin can tick Share with everyone in my organization when saving, and the view then appears for everybody in the organization, marked shared with the name of whoever saved it.
You can delete your own views. A Superadmin can also delete shared ones. Deleting a view never changes the underlying data. You can keep up to 30 views per page.
Views belong to your organization. Another organization never sees yours.
Incident filters
Section titled “Incident filters”The Incidents page now has a search box and a severity filter alongside the Open, All and Resolved tabs, so there is something worth saving there.
