Reports

The Reports page generates an infrastructure health summary you can review in the dashboard or export for sharing.

Generating a report

Configure three options, then click Generate Report:

  • Time period — last 7, 30, or 90 days
  • Report type — Full report (all sections), Health only, or Compliance only
  • Filter by group — all agents, or a specific group

The generated report includes an executive summary (total and online agents, average uptime, active alerts, average CPU/memory, alerts fired, total downtime), a per-agent breakdown, the most frequent alerts in the period, and compliance scores per agent (for full or compliance report types).

Reviewing and exporting

Once generated, the report preview shows summary stats and a per-agent table right in the dashboard. Click Open & Print / Save PDF to open a formatted, printable version in a new tab — use your browser’s print dialog to save it as a PDF or send it to a printer.

Scheduling recurring reports

To have Guardian email a fleet health report automatically, go to Settings → Scheduled Email Reports. From there you can:

  • Enable or disable scheduled reports
  • Choose weekly or monthly frequency, plus the day and hour (UTC) to send
  • Set the report period (7 or 30 days) and report type
  • Add recipient email addresses
  • Send a test report immediately with Send now
